We offer a variety of incentives on top of our agents regular pay which includes referral pay, bonuses, gifts and more. We also have a support group exclusive to our agents only. While prior experience is preferred, it is not a requirement for this position. We provide comprehensive training to all our agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. To work with us, you’ll need a laptop or desktop computer, a USB headset, a wired internet connection (as Wi-Fi is not permitted), and a landline phone (though it’s not mandatory). We can also offer links to purchase the required items.

It is not possible to enroll in two trainings simultaneously, but you can finish one training and then select another job training once the first training is complete.

The starting rate is $17 per hour, but pay may differ depending on the job type and your assessment score, which will determine the most suitable jobs for you.

We only ask for a $30 fee to cover the cost of your background check, which remains valid for 36 months.

We do not withhold taxes from our agents pay. We will issue a 1099 form at year-end for earnings exceeding $600. It’s recommended that you consult with a tax specialist to understand tax deductions and expenses for independent contractors.
